Hi, I’m Shannon Anderegg!

I’ve been happily married for eight years to my husband of eighteen years, and together we have three kids, two dogs, and three rabbits. As a family, we enjoy hiking and spending quality time together. In addition to outdoor activities, I love running, strength training, and yoga.

I earned my associate’s degree in Digital Marketing from Western Technical College and started my career in insurance during college, while also interning at Charter Bank (now Nicolet Bank) in Eau Claire. Insurance was different from what I expected, but I quickly found a passion for building trusted relationships with businesses and supporting them in offering quality employee benefits!

I chose to join Midwest Select Insurance Group (MSIG) because they could provide me the freedom to explore dozens of insurance options for businesses. I am passionate about helping others, so I knew this would be the perfect fit to help expand my insurance career.

Today, I specialize in helping small to mid-sized businesses introduce or enhance their employee benefits packages for their teams.
