Hi, I’m Brendan Dooley!

I’m a dedicated Business Development Manager and Commercial Insurance Agent at Midwest Select Insurance Group (MSIG). My journey with MSIG began in 2018 when I joined their intern program during the summer of my senior year of high school, and I continued to work there every summer during my college years.

After working at MSIG for four summers, I proudly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021 with a major in marketing. Following my graduation, I spent time in Madison diving into the world of search engine marketing and sales. I gained great experience from this role, and after a couple of years, I was ready to head back to my hometown of Eau Claire to join forces with my father, Chris Dooley, at MSIG.

In my role, I take immense satisfaction in assisting business owners with their diverse insurance needs—ranging from workers’ comp and general liability to employee benefits and individual coverage. Given the complexity and costs of insurance, being a dependable resource for owners seeking guidance, answers, and coverage options is truly fulfilling and makes me excited to go to work every day. I can say, in all honesty, that I don’t care what day of the week it is because I enjoy all of them.

Beyond my professional life, I’m an active participant in the Eau Claire community. I engage as a member of the Eau Claire Chamber of Young Professionals and as a member of the Republican Party of Eau Claire County.

During my leisure moments, when I’m not immersed in work or community pursuits, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, casting a line in the Chippewa River, or hitting the pavement on a run.
