Hi, my name is Max Loen!

I joined the Midwest Select team in the summer of 2025 as an Employee Benefits Agent. I’m a recent graduate of Luther College in Iowa, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree and played college tennis.

I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by incredible professors, teammates, and coaches who made my collegiate student athletic experience unforgettable. The discipline, teamwork, and leadership I developed on the court and in the classroom are qualities I bring with me to Midwest Select.

One of the things I value most about working at Midwest Select is the opportunity for in-person service. I enjoy connecting with business owners and their employees face to face, building relationships while discussing strategy and solutions for employee benefits. Along with this, I love traveling around the Midwest learning about different businesses and hope to find a fishing hole on the way back!

Outside of work, you will find me fishing, golfing, spending time with family and friends, or pretending I’m not a washed-up tennis player.
