Ian Griffin

Hi, I’m Ian Griffin, and I joined the Midwest Select Insurance team in the summer of 2026. I am a recent college graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in information systems.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, coaches, professors, and mentors who have helped shape the person I am today. Each of these people has taught me something different and helped me develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, leadership, accountability, and adaptability. Whether it was learning how to work together as part of a team, stepping up as a leader, or simply having someone there to offer advice and encouragement, these experiences have played a major role in my personal and professional development that I bring to MSIG.

One of the things I value most about working here is being able to help others and build genuine connections with the people around me. I enjoy taking the time to understand someone, learn about their experiences, and find ways that I can be helpful to them. To me, building a strong relationship is about more than simply having a professional interaction—it is about creating a natural, comfortable, and human connection where people feel heard and valued.

Outside of work, you will find me at the baseball fields, golfing, playing volleyball, or spending time with family and friends!
