Heidi Derby

Hello, I’m Heidi. My role here at Midwest Select is account executive/operations/service and anything else that comes my way! I came to Midwest Select with years of insurance industry experience, working at an agency in sales customer service and for two major insurance carriers in operations leadership positions.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in HR from Concordia University and an Associate Degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College. I am licensed in WI and MN for individual and group life/health insurance sales, and I enjoy providing great service to my customers from our Eau Claire office!

As for my family, I have a husband of 36 years (yes, married as a baby!). I’m a proud Navy mom of a son and daughter-in-law, both tailhook pilots, now jet flight instructors, and a grandmother of two fabulous little girls from my daughter and son-in-law who are both in the medical field. In my free time, I enjoy boating and sitting in the sun in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and anything involving my children and granddaughters. I enjoy traveling when I can and watching Badger football.
