Heidi Derby

Hi, I’m Heidi Derby. As an account executive at Midwest Select Insurance Group (MSIG), I wear many hats—focusing on operations, service, and anything else that comes my way! I bring years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked in sales, customer service, and leadership roles with two major insurance carriers.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Concordia University and an Associate Degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota for individual and group life/health insurance products, and am dedicated to providing top-notch service to my clients from our Eau Claire office!

As for my family, I have a husband of 36 years (yes, married as a baby!). I’m a proud Navy mom of a son and daughter-in-law who are both tailhook pilots and now jet flight instructors, and a grandmother to two fabulous little girls from my daughter and son-in-law who are both in the medical field.

In my free time, you’ll find me boating and soaking up the sun in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and spending time with my children and granddaughters. I love to travel when I can and am a huge fan of Badger football.
