Alyssa Martinez

Hi! I’m Alyssa, and I’m excited to be part of the Midwest Select Insurance Group team. As a licensed insurance agent specializing in employee benefits, I enjoy helping employers build competitive benefits packages that support their employees while meeting their business goals.

Before joining Midwest Select, I spent more than five years in the intelligence and security field, supporting national, state, and local decision-makers through strategic analysis and risk assessment. My work required careful attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex challenges—skills that now help me guide employers through the world of employee benefits.

After spending several years away, I’m thrilled to be back in Wisconsin and build my career in the community I call home. I also look forward to connecting with and better serving both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and employees. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I earned both my bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish and my master’s degree in International Public Affairs.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our own little zoo—two spoiled cats and a dog. When we’re not at home, you’ll usually find me biking, practicing yoga, or traveling with family and friends.
